Complete screening

For a partial or complete STI screening, in a respectful and discreet environment.
At the time of the chlamydia and gonorrhoea screening at the HekaLab specimen collection and screening centre, a nurse will give patients a swab and a transport tube in order to perform a vaginal self-swabbing.
‍Receipts are issued for all our services and treatments, and can be submitted to your insurance.

Our professional nurses screen patients for gonorrhea and chlamydia if they are asymptomatic (have no symptoms of an STI). If you have symptoms of an STI, you should consult your family doctor.

Pre-appointment instructions: Men and women: Do not urinate at least 2 hours before the appointment. Women: Do not have vaginal bleeding at the time of the appointment.

Prerequisites: No prescription required. Must be asymptomatic. 
Fees: $30 for the consultation and assessment of condition.
‍$113 for the screening - the fee may be higher if more than one exposed site needs to be swabbed (genital, anal, oral).
